Accepted Payment Methods
The Cineva kiosk currently supports secure digital payments via:
- PhonePe Payment Gateway
- UPI (Unified Payments Interface)
- PhonePe Wallet (if supported by the merchant)
- PhonePe-supported credit/debit cards (if enabled)
Payment Processing
- All payments are processed securely through the PhonePe gateway.
- Cineva does not store or access card numbers, UPI IDs, or banking passwords.
- Once payment is completed, the order is forwarded to the kitchen immediately.
Payment Confirmation
Customers will receive an on-screen confirmation of successful payment. A printed token/receipt is generated automatically.
Failed Payments
- If money is deducted but the order is not created, the amount will be reversed by the payment gateway provider (PhonePe).
- Refund timelines may vary depending on customer bank/UPI provider.
Overcharges or Duplicate Payments
In case of duplicate charges or incorrect billing, the customer may request verification through canteen staff or contact us at support@roftr.com.
Disputes & Chargebacks
- Payment disputes should be reported immediately to PhonePe and Roftr Clouds LLP.
- We will assist in verifying order logs and payment records.
