Use of the Service

• You must enter accurate information when placing an order.
• Misuse, tampering, or unauthorised access to the kiosk is prohibited.
• Canteen staff may assist customers when required.

Pricing & Payments

• All prices displayed on the kiosk are final.
• Payments are collected before preparing orders.
• PhonePe Payment Gateway is used for secure transactions.

Order Confirmation & Cancellation

Once payment is made, cancellations may not be possible depending on the order’s preparation status.

Liability

We are not responsible for device misuse, connectivity issues, or technical interruptions beyond our control.

Modification of Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the kiosk means you accept the updated terms.
